By downloading, installing, or using Word Wizard Max ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Word Wizard Max is a mobile word game featuring six vocabulary mini-games guided by the wizard character Maximilius. The App is provided free of charge and operates entirely offline on your device.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, characters, game mechanics, audio, and code — is the property of Word Wizard Max and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Redistribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Word Wizard Max shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
